Cancel and Refund Policy

Any cancellations of orders must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order on our website in order to receive a refund of the amount paid. Refunds will not be issued once the 24-hour delivery window has commenced. For courier products, cancellations are not permitted once the items have been dispatched.

To cancel an order, please send an email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” to contact@heeraimpex.com. The email must include the Order ID and the reason for the cancellation. Please note that the cancellation process will commence only after the formal cancellation request has been received at the specified email address.

Heeraimpex.com disclaims any responsibility and does not assure refunds in situations where: chocolates, cookies, dried fruits, sweets, gift items, and perishable goods are delivered to incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the sender or recipient, or if the recipient declines to accept the delivery due to personal circumstances. Additionally, refunds will not be issued for unsuccessful deliveries resulting from the recipient’s absence at the designated address at the time of delivery, nor for product quality issues arising from improper handling by the recipient.

In the event of any complaints regarding the quality of the delivered product, we will conduct an investigation. Should the complaint be validated, the customer will receive either a full refund or a replacement of the product, contingent upon the assessment conducted by our customer care team. Refund requests are permissible solely in instances of service failure. Our team will determine whether an order meets the criteria for a refund, and the decision made by our customer care team will be conclusive. Under no circumstances will the refund amount exceed the total paid by the customer. Chocolate Delivery Online will retain the authority to make final decisions on all matters related to cancellations and refunds.
